Refund Policy

Vuze is free.

Vuze Plus is a subscription product.

If you're having difficulty using Vuze or Vuze Plus, please visit the support page. There is a wealth of information there to help you master Vuze, as well as the new Plus features.

If you are not satisfied with Vuze Plus purchased directly from Azureus Software, Inc. (vuze.com), contact us within 30 days of your purchase to receive a refund. Refunds requested more than 30 days after your initial purchase date will not be issued unless the transaction was subject to a fraudulent purchase. If you are issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 48 hours. Upon receiving your refund you must uninstall or stop using any software products for which you no longer posses a valid, purchased license. Azureus Software, Inc. reserves the right to disable any product keys and/or serial numbers issued to you for the refunded products. To request a refund, please contact our support team.

While Vuze Plus is supported by Azureus Software, Inc., be aware that there are some unscrupulous third parties who are also charging for our free Vuze product. We have not authorized them and receive no money from them. To be safe, we recommend you download Vuze and Vuze Plus directly from www.vuze.com.
